With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Edward McGee of Barnesville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Edward" McGee and Mary Catherine McGee (McCort); his sisters, Dorothy Hawthorne and Loretta "Annie" Lavanchey; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Wittenbrook and Violet McGee; and his partner Chico.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie McGee; his children, Scott McGee, Mandy McGee, Charity McGee and Ashley Hamilton (Zach); his grandchild Layne McGee (Austin Singleton); his siblings, John "Ike" McGee (Ginny), Bob McGee, Dave McGee (Carol), Bruce McGee (Cindy), Laura Wittenbrook and Mary Catherine Ramsey (Butch); and his close friends, Kari McGee, Beth Secrest and Kristal Hunkler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
