She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgel Fields and Lula Fields (Adkins); her husband Ronald E. Saffield; her son Eric D. Saffield; and her siblings, Sonny Fields, Randy Fields and Patricia Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Pettini (Rachel Sustik), Christina Chappell (James) and Nick Saffield; her grandchildren, Amber Jo Batross (Josh), Brandon Benson, Ryan Duvall and Brenna Saffield; and her great grandchildren, Alaric, Aubrey and Layla.
