He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howiler and Georgia Brown Howiler; his children, Donnie Howiler and Annie Howiler; and his brother Billy Howiler.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Leach Howiler; his son Andie Howiler (Tessa) of Barnesville, Ohio; his siblings, Jeannie Howiler of Seneca Lake, Jackie Lucas (Butch) of Temperanceville, Polly Jones of Shreveport, Kay Burkhart of Temperanceville, Jeri Reed of Barnesville, Cyndi Hershberg (Mike) of Calais, Mindy Minyo (Steve) of Caldwell, Ohio, Marlin Brown (Evelena) of Calais and Danny Howiler of Caldwell, Ohio; his grandchildren, Zakary Howiler, Alex Lake, Samuel Savage, Piper Howiler and Ethan Howiler; and his great grandchild Corbyn Howiler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Watters Funeral Home (37501 OH-78, Woodsfield, OH 43793). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
