Cynthia left this world on January 6, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Cynthia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cynthia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Carpenter and Patsy Lou Lucas; her husband Ernest W. Carpenter; and her brothers, Todd Carpenter and Danny Carpenter (Mary).
She is survived by: her son Jesse Carpenter; her brother Chris Carpenter (Yvonne); and her pet Buttons. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home (319 N Chestnut St, Barnesville, OH 43713). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
