She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Tomer and Helen Tomer; her husband Bob "Lead Foot"; her son Robert Paul Showalter; her granddaughter Lauren Paige Showalter; her brothers, George Tomer, Paul Tomer and Tommy Tomer; her siblings-in-law, Joe "PeeWee" Showalter, Bob Hogan, Sally Francis and Cindy Showalter; and her niece Julie Hogan.
She is survived by: her children, Robyn Showalter of Piedmont, Larry Showalter (Jill) of Bethesda, Augie Bartolo of Piedmont, Scott Showalter (Rita) of Salesville and Ryan "Boo" Showalter (Jami) of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Amber, Kimberly, Larry Jr., Joey, Kristen, Josh and Jake; her sister Linda Hogan; and also Ruger.
