He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Gorham and Nellie Hayes Gorham; his wife Carol Pugh Gorham; his son John David; and his siblings, Rachael, Ralph and Charles Gorham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Gorham (Tom West) and Debbie Cunningham (Rod); his granddaughter Alisha Foust (Jeron); and his great grandchildren, Piper and Sophia Foust. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren; and his dog.
