He is survived by: his wife Shelba McGregor; his children, Norm Dowler (Angela) and Karen Anstatt (Dan) of Vincent; his grandchildren, Jason Turner (Joni) of Veto and Lindsay Anstattof Portsmouth; his great grandchildren, JayLynn, Jayla, Gigi and Julian Turner; his siblings, Edna Mackey, Helen Venham, Bonnie Whytsell (Roger), Walt Dowler (Mary Jane), Brian Dowler (Karen) and Darrell Dowler; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Huffman.
