He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Schilling and Catherine Schilling (Ritter); his grandchildren, Desiree Sigman (Joe) of Cambridge, Angie Dawn Martin of Vincent and Douglas Schilling, Jr. of Marietta; his sisters, Edith and Anna Margaret Schilling; and his wife Shirley.
The family would like to thank Amedisys hospice for their help. And in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Barlow Presbyterian Church or Barlow Volunteer Fire Department.
