He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Mullens and Gladys Mullens; his son Charles Ralph Mullens; his wife Barbara Mullens; and his siblings, Doris, Donna, Jean, Louise, Gladys and Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Ron (Amy), Kevin and Jill Scott (Darrell); his grandchildren, Amanda Finn (Jonny), Christopher Galik, Jonathan Galik and Jackson Rogers (Niki); and his close friend Dawn Harris. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
