She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Adkins and Avery Adkins of Akron, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Mark; her sons, Matthew Costanzo (Cheyenne) and Timothy Costanzo; and her grandchildren, Peyton, Brycen, Callie and Adrianna.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home (566 W Park Ave, Barberton, OH 44203). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (204 6th St NW, Barberton, OH 44203).
