He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Horracks and Edie Horracks; his wife Valeta "Kay" Horracks; and his brother Harold "Bud" Horracks. He is survived by: his daughter Juanita Horracks (Rick); and his sister-in-law Nancy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
