She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Hara and Anna O'Hara (Washile); her husband Nicholas Kurtz; her son Patrick; and her granddaughter Cindi Beal.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Havericak (Jerry), Suzie Haring (Roger) and Michael. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with many other relatives and friends.
