He is survived by: his mother Patricia Underation (Burian); his wife Lisa Morgan; his sons, David, Daniel and Nathan; his brothers, Joe Underation (Robin) and John Underation (Kelly); his father-in-law Wayne Morgan; his niece Emily Underation (Jacob Carruthers); and his nephews, Matthew, Luke, Joshua and Ben. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
