He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Bell and Jean Bell. He is survived by: his children, Louis Bell, Jenny Sue Bell (Victoria Amador) and Katelyn Bell; his sister Brenda Bell; his nephews, Ryan and David Hendricks; and the mothers of children, Gina Wilson and Susan Warring. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
He enjoyed reading his Bible, Martial Arts, making donations to various charitable organizations, and had a great love of nature, especially taking drives through the hills of West Virginia.
