He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Querry and Thelma Querry; and his brothers, Ronald Querry and Myron. He is survived by: his wife Denise Querry (Molnar); his children, Rick Querry Jr. (Kristi), Amanda Querry (Keith) and Stacey Querry; and his brother Donald Querry (Peewee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family asks in lieu of flowers for donations to be made to Barberton Sokol Club in honor of Rick Querry Sr.
