He is survived by: his wife Cindy Harbaugh (Ferguson); his children, Brenda Welty (Larry), Shane Harbaugh (Missy), Terry Harbaugh (Lisa), Twila Harbaugh and Justin Harbaugh (Mindy); and his siblings, Larry Harbaugh (Marilyn) and Debbie Long (Terry). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
