He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his grandson JJ Maczko. He is survived by: his children, Becky Jursik, Janet Maczko and Jim (Cindy); his granddaughters, Courtney Skelton (Mark), Brittany Jursik (Ryan Kane) and Jocelyn; his great grandchildren, Kingston, Clementine Skelton and Aaron Kane; and his brother Steve Jursik.
