He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Evans and Nellie Evans (Bessermini); and his wife Margaret Slimak. He is survived by: his children, Richard Evans and Nancy Arvay (Marty); and his grandchildren, Mike Evans (Devon), Jeff Evans (Holly), Alyssa Hedrick (Kevin), Jackie Koncz (Drew) and Amanda McKee. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
