He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Sandvik and Norma J. Sandvik. He is survived by: his sisters, Sandy Sandvik of Barberton and Terese Britton (Bill) of Barberton; and his nephew Kenneth J. Atkinson of Barberton.
