He is survived by: his wife Melody; his children, Bryan Phillips (Tracy), Ginger Ball (Roger) and Travis Phillips (Sam); his grandchildren, Jackson, Jewel, Katie Phillips, Shawn Ball (Ashley), Cheyenne Costanzo (Matt), Brandi Kizis (Ryan), Cory, Alexis and Adam Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Josie Ball, Peyton, Brycen, Callie Costanzo, Jazmyn, Mason Fortunato, Jamie Kizis and Caleb Phillips.
