He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul and Van. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth and Matt (Heather); his grandchildren, Ethan and Madison; his parents, Dale and Agnes; his brothers, Blake and Steve; and the mother of his children Charlotte.
