He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Shirey (Baughman) of Barberton; his wife Theresa Shirey (Havassy); his children, Charles Shirey III, Joshua Shirey and Samantha Shirey; his granddaughter Sara Shirey; and his siblings, Robert Shirey and Melanie Headrick (Shirey). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
