She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Matheny and Audrey Matheny; her son Mark; and her sister Patricia. She is survived by: her husband Sam; her sons, Jeff and Gary of Barberton; her grandchildren, Brittany Janis (Cody) of Copley and Jeffrey Holt (Mariah); her great grandchildren, Veah, Scarlett and Sage; and her siblings, Joyce Surgen (Mark), Jean Leiddy (Wayne), Gretchen Newton (John), Greg Matheny (Leigh) and Tim Matheny (Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
