She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Smith; her sister Mabel Maxine Addis; her parents, Edith Addis and Everett Addis; and her siblings, Bill Addis (Winnie), Charlotte Hawk (Robert), Hazel Petriga, Joye Downs (Richard), Chuck Addis (Barb) and James Addis (Ruth).
She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Witchey (Mike) and Angie Gohlke (Ken); and her grandchildren, Maria, Anna, Konnor, Mackenzie and Kacie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A reception will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home (566 W Park Ave, Barberton, OH 44203).
