Mary Jane Gummere Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane Gummere of Bannock, Ohio, born in Maynard, Ohio, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bethel and Gladys Bethel; her husband William R. Gummere; her daughter Linda Jane; her granddaughter Baby Gummere; and her brothers, Richard, William and Robert Bethel.
She is survived by: her grandson Scott (Shelley) of Bethesda; and her great grandchildren, Brittany Pastva (Zach), Tyler Gummere of Bethesda, Emily Gummere of Galloway, Kyle Gummere of Lansing, Brynn, Addysen and Elyse Pope of Bloomville.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required during visitation at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 5 – 8 p. m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bannock United Methodist Church.
