She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Neal Loy and Jessie Gertrude Sanders Loy; her husband Clem B. Orr; her son Jeffrey Neal Orr; her daughter-in-law Jill Orr; and her siblings, Rosemary, Grace, Lola, Jerri and Clyde James.
She is survived by: her children, Hubert "Bud" Orr and Rita Gibbons (James); her sister Joan Vernet; her grandchildren, Eric Charles Orr, Scott Lee Parsons (Lori), Josh Lee Parsons (Tricia) and Jennifer Marie Orr; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn E. Orr, Sabrina Lynn Foraker, Jackson Lee Parsons and Jett Lee Parsons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
