He was predeceased by: his grandmother Barbara Mann; and his great-grandparents, Donald, Lois Peck, Lloyd, Dorothy Jones, JoAnn, Kenneth Brown and Joyce Brown.
He is survived by: his parents, Cody Ragan and Diana Ragan; his daughter Parker; his wife Lindsay; his siblings, Kaylee (John Thompson) and Brendyn; his grandmother Georgia; his children, David, Butch Durgin, Angela Meeks and Carol Stalter (Steve); his nephew Wiley; and his brothers, Mitchell Kaufman, Luke Hannon, Chase Runyon and Jesse Shirey. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Tyler's family requests that donations be made to establish a trust fund for his surviving daughter.
