He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Trimmer and Ann Trimmer (Heidloff); and his siblings, Deborah Trimmer, Robin Kegelmayer and Martin Trimmer.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Trimmer; his sons, Michael (Becci) and John Trimmer; his grandchildren, Austin, Angelica and Victoria; his brothers, Aaron (Pam) and David Trimmer (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Colleen Trimmer.
