Dover, Sr.; her children, Heidi Cole (Roger) and David F. Dover, Jr. of Baltimore; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Ratliff and Madeline Cole; and her sisters, Pam Gottke of Reynoldsburg and Wendy Sweeney (Gary) of Carroll. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
