It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell Bailey of Baltimore, Ohio, born in Lovely, Kentucky, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Bailey and Myrtle Bailey; his wife Margaret Bailey; his grandson Thomas Christy-Bailey; and his siblings, Ed Bailey, Minnie Spence, Walter Bailey, Luke Bailey, Tom Bailey, Goldie Stockton, Nancy Preece and Thelma Hensley.
He is survived by: his children, Tami Blanchard (Daniel) and Bryan Bailey (Robin); his grandchildren, Cierra Bailey, Joshua Bailey, Oceana McCarty, Summer Blanchard and Hailey Blanchard; his great grandchildren, Joseph and Aurora; and his siblings, Bertha Spence and Phillip Bailey (Fay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
