He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bair and Sophia Bair; his wife Virginia Darlene Bair; and his siblings, Mary Lott and Carl "Cub" Bair.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Rice, Gary Bair (Melissa) and Bobbie George (Kenny); his grandchildren, Michelle Faught (Jason), Brent Bair, Kenny George (Sarah) and Kendra George (Kevin Eby); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Tristan, Natalie, Eliot, Sophia, Evelyn and KJ; his siblings, Eileen Underwood, Patsy Oldaker and Larry Bair; and his close friend Karen Ruble. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
