He was predeceased by: his parents, Farrell H. Motsch and Betty J. Motsch. He is survived by: his brother Ronald L. Motsch (Betty); his grandson Gunnar; his wife Shirley A. Motsch; his daughter Cynthia A. Lamb; his grandchildren, Jacob "Gunnar" and Zoey Lamb; and his sister-in-law Mary Klein.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution to Trinity United church of Christ in Baltimore, Ohio would be greatly appreciated.
