She was predeceased by: her husband Major Donald Neal Jeffery; and her siblings, Weldon Lay, Bill Lay, Earnestine "Tene" Flowers and Pauline "Polly" Burgess.
She is survived by: her children, Nora L. Jeffery, Donald N. Jr., James S. (Barb Bechtel) and Jay B. (Linda); her grandchildren, Tyler, Justin (Lindsay), Jenna Davis (Ashley), Veronica, Valerie and Michael; her great grandchildren, McKenna, Mattox and Emmet; and her brother-in-law William Martinez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
