He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johnson; his children, Pam Kimmins (Mark), Ray Johnson (Kim) and Rick Johnson (Kim); his stepchildren, Cheryl McCartney (Steve), Mark McDaniel (Heather) and Tina Schenk (Dave); and his siblings, Jeanne McMunn and Joe Johnson (Jeri). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
