He was predeceased by: his mother Flora Wiley (Miller); his wife Doris Ann Wiley; and his siblings, Don Wiley, Edna Jenkins and Donna Belle Bailey.

He is survived by: his children, Pamela K. Taylor of Baltimore, Diane Lynn Wiley of Pataskala, Paula Ann Beal (Matthew) of Millersport, Mark E. Wiley (Jennifer) of Baltimore, Lori Marie Thompson of Pataskala, Roger Allen Wiley (Christine) of Baltimore and Karen Beth Moyer (Chad) of Pataskala; and his sisters, Annetta Bricker of Portsmouth and Patty Mader (Gary) of Groveport. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
