He is survived by: his wife Brenda Moreland (Mullins-Ratliff); his children, Anne Moreland (Ron), Patricia Hibbert (Bill), Greg Ratliff (Paula), Lisa Frey (Rich), Becky Spangler and Julie Ratliff; his grandchildren, Emily (John), Grace, Nate, Caleb, Branden (Roanne), C. J., Masen, Jacqueline, Jordan (Ben), Ricky, Savannah, Austin and Haiden; his great grandchildren, Lydia, David, Kai, Keone, Aaron, Senena and Oliver; his sister Bonnie Schmidt; and his sister-in-law Judy Moreland. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
