He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Cornett. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Max, Olivia and Grace; his mother Vitella Cornett; his sisters, Connie Esber (Gebran), Pam Jenson (Keith) and Michelle Stonebraker (Joe); and his mother-in-law Janice Hammer.
