He is survived by: his children, Brandon Gutridge, Marcus, Wyatt and Wayde Hoover; his grandchildren, Jason, Kaylynn and Ellie Hoover; his siblings, Judy Cleland (Bob), Tim Hoover, Robin Henderson (Dan), Crystal Fuller (Randy), Robert "Pete" Hoover Jr., Tena Singleton (John), Christine Swain (Jim), Ralph Hoover and Albert Hoover; and his aunt Alicia Claytor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home Chapel (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
