He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Osborne and Evalene Pinatiello (Kiser); his stepfather Michael Pinatiello; his siblings, Betty Peart (Bob), Gary Osborne (Cathy) and Ralph Osborne (Cylas); and his nephew Marvin Peart.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Osborne (Miracle); his children, Jenna Jeffers (Kyle) and Larry Osborne (Hannah); his grandson Kiser Jeffers; his siblings, Hassell Hamilton (Pauline), Menda Fitzpatrick (Kelton), Lacy Osborne (Paula) and Debra Fillinger (Dennis); his parents-in-law, Robert and Cindy Miracle; and his brother-in-law Robert Miracle (Carlene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
