He was predeceased by: his father James Edward; his brother Michael L. Couch; his close friend Robert "Bud" Olive; and his pet Lucky. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Miller (Rick) of Etna, Ohio, Scott Keith Couch (Beverly) of Mason and Michael S. Couch (Jeannette Stevens) of Baltimore, Ohio; his grandchildren, Matthew Pettet, Jennifer Smith (Shane), Garrett Couch, Cash Couch (Sara) and Olivia Smith (Shane); his great grandchildren, Georgia Marie Couch and Reese McKenzie Couch; and his brother Stephen Couch (Laura) of Sugar Grove, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
