She is survived by: her children, Michael Todd Lehman and Joni L. Fornshell (Jeff); her grandchildren, Lindsay Clemente (Joe) and Matthew Cartt; her sister-in-law Sherry Howell; and her nephews, Brian Howell (Marilyn), Duane Howell (Cindy) and Danny Howell (Tori).
