He was predeceased by: his parents, John Preece and Elizabeth Preece; his sisters, Pauline Workman and Barbara Annable; his parents-in-law, Chester and Mary Denton; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Denton, Cliff Workman, Skip Annable and Myrtle Preece.
He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Preece (Denton); his daughters, Wendi Phillips (Jason) of Heath and Amanda Martin (Seth) of Buchtel; his grandchildren, Abigail Phillips, Mia Martin and Bean Martin; and his brothers, Warren Preece, Wallace Preece (Delores) of West Virginia, Homer Preece (Pam) and Robert Preece (Lisa) of Ohio.
