He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Underwood and Mary Underwood; and his siblings, Kenneth Underwood, Dorothy Shelton, Maribelle Powers, Joan Huard, Neal E. Underwood and Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Underwood (Schaffner); his sons, Jon Underwood (Tammy), Alan Underwood (Sandy) and Jerry Underwood (Joan); his grandchildren, Beth, Morgan, Mark, Greg, Dylan and Kaylee Underwood; his great grandchildren, Charlii and Boone; his sister Trudy Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Schaffner (Cheri) and Debbie Schaffner.
