He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis and Bea Mann, Sr.; and his sister Sharon Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Todd C. Mann (Christa) of Baltimore, Ohio and Megan Upperman (Bryan) of Pataskala, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Alexis Upperman, Mackenzie Upperman, Zack, Haley Upperman, Jake Waddell, Heather Mann, Carl Mann and Faith Mann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
