He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Mary Sheward; and his aunt Pam Sheward. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Stover; his daughter Mercedes Stover (Mike Worthington); his stepchildren, Gabriel and Eleanor Harbron; his parents, Marcia Miesse and Robert Miesse; his sister Amy Linkous (Chase); his stepsiblings, Kim Hoy (Scott) and Jeff Miesse (Colleen); his parents-in-law, Ann and Mike Allen; his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Allen (Matt Carroll) and Kirk Allen (Nicole Dawdy); and his nieces and nephews, Clay, Chelsea and Greyson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made via donation to Grace Fellowship Church Pickerington Campus.
