He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Willis and Elizabeth Kaszonyi Willis; and his wife Veda I. Grandy Willis. He is survived by: his sons, Clarence E. Willis II (Theresa) of Thornville and Michael K. Willis (Randy) of Hebron. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
