He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Lisa Muncy (Benny) of Pleasantville, Ohio and Travis Kalb (Lexi) of Lancaster, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ivy, Easton and Amelia; his parents, Dan Kalb and Theresa Kalb of Lancaster, Ohio; and his siblings, Cindy Congrove of Baltimore, Ohio and Joel Kalb (Amber) of South Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
