He is survived by: his wife Lori Coffenberger; his daughters, Joanie Roth (Rick) and Ashley Stephens; his sister Nancy Applegate; his parents-in-law, Larry and Marsha Finley; and his brother-in-law Rick Montgomery. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews Friends.
