He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Ann Featherham; his grandson Lee Garrett Hackler; and his parents, Raymond Hackler and Lucille Hackler. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hackler; his son Bill Hackler, Jr.; and his sister Martha Rose Chapman. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
