She is survived by: her sons, Lewis Starkey of Bolivar and Jan Starkey (Lisa) of Baltic; her daughter-in-law Jeannette Starkey of Norwich; her grandchildren, Holly, Lacy Starkey and Andrew Duggan; her great grandchildren, Jackson Duggan and Taylor Duggan; and her sister Nina Stevens of Newell.
